Itinerary:

Day 1 Arrive Mandi-Gushaini (By overnight drive and 02 hour approx.)

Arrive at Mandi by an overnight drive from Delhi. On arrival, check in and dig into hot breakfast. Later, step out for a short walking tour. Rest of the day is at leisure.

In the evening drive to Gushaini for an overnight stay in camps.

Day 2 Gushaini-Rolla (Trek)

After having breakfast, we will start our trek to Rolla. We will trek through the ecozone of the park and along the valley of the Tirthan river to reach the park gate where the National Park begins. Learn about local culture as we pass through two villages - Ropa and Kauncha. Enjoy your packed lunch on the way.

Overnight stay in camps.

Day 3 Rolla-Shilt Hut (Trek)

This morning after breakfast, resume the trek to Shilt Hut. We will trek on the trail going along with the Tirthan river. Soon you will follow a narrow trail which climbs steeply across the forest. Keep an eye and also your camera to capture one of the many rare species of birds, especially the colourful Monal pheasant. Just before reaching Shilt Hut we will be treated with a large meadow providing mesmerising views of the Tirthan valley and some very beautiful peaks.

Continue towards Shilt Hut for an overnight stay in camps.

Day 4 Shilt Hut-Gushaini (Trek)

Wake up early this morning for spellbinding views of sunrise over the sky touching mountains. After breakfast take some time on your own to soak in the beauty of nature. Observe the birds, the changing color of sky and several species of flora that are not common in plains. Later, pack your bags to descend towards Gushaini. Don’t miss any chance to capture the beauty around in your camera. On arrival, unwind and spend the time as you may like.

Overnight stay in camps.

Day 5 Gushaini-Mandi (02 hours approx.)

After breakfast, leave for Mandi. Trip ends with arrival in Mandi.
