Itinerary:

Day 1 Delhi-Dharamshala (09 hours approx.)

Arrive in Dharamshala by overnight drive from Delhi. After arrival, enjoy hot breakfast and get freshened up in the day-use rooms to head out to visit the Norbulingka Monastery and the Doll Museum, Dharamshala stadium, St. John Church, H.H. Dalai Lama’s residence, Bhagsunag Temple and Waterfall. You may choose to spend the rest of the time shopping for Tibetan artefacts or trying Tibetan cuisine. Later, proceed for Tushita Meditation Centre. Established by Lamas Yeshe and Zopa along with a few disciples in 1972, Tushita Meditation Centre is an extended branch of centre in Kathmandu. Tushita is a centre for the study and practice of Buddhism from the Tibetan Mahayana tradition. On arrival, meet a representative from the Yoga school and get familiarised with the atmosphere, code of conduct, schedule and the fellow practitioners.

Day 2 Dharamshala

You will be spending 02 days learning about the Buddhist teachings, way of life, postures of Yoga and the flow of energy from chakras during meditation. These enriching yoga and meditation sessions will also give you an opportunity to meet several other yoga trainees from across the world. You will be staying at a hotel/guest house close to the Tushita Meditation Centre.

Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 3 Dharamshala

You will be spending 02 days learning about the Buddhist teachings, way of life, postures of Yoga and the flow of energy from chakras during meditation. These enriching yoga and meditation sessions will also give you an opportunity to meet several other yoga trainees from across the world. You will be staying at a hotel/guest house close to the Tushita Meditation Centre.

Day 4 Dharamshala-Delhi (09 hours approx.)

This morning bid goodbyes to your yoga teacher and fellow practitioners. Spend the rest of the day as you may like until we drive back to Delhi in late evening.

Day 5 Delhi

You will be dropped off at a predefined location. Trip ends with arrival in Delhi.
