Kasol is a beautyful small village located in Parvati Valley that lies on the banks of the Parvati River in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Kasol is very popular among foreigners and is also known as “MiniIsrael '' in Himachal due to its back, happy and tranquil atmosphere. As we know, different people have different taste; many travelers like to add this place in their itineraries while visiting Himachal Pradesh as their tourist destination. Best time to visit is from October – June. Monsoon isn’t recommended due to heavy rains. Kasol is also known as a trekking base for Sar Pass, Yanker Pass, Pin Parvati Pass and Khirganga. Kasol is the absolutely delightful land for the trekkers. This trekis one of the most popular treks in the state of Himachal Pradesh.There are some small villages near Kasol which are also very popular some of them being Tosh and Chalal.

Parvati River

Parvati River is one of the most popular attraction point in Kasol. the Parvati River flows through the beautiful Parvati Valley , The river is surrounded by Spectacular Mountains and lush green forest of deodar and pine, it is the best place for relaxing. Parvati River does not offer any water adventure activity here as the flow of this river is quite scary and unsafe. 

Manikaran Sahib

Manikaran Sahib is located at the distance of about 6kms from Kasol, Manikaran Sahib is one of the holiest place of this region and more than hundreds of Hindu and Sikh devotees visit this places throughout the year. according to Hindu mythology that Manu recreated human lifein Manikaran after theflood of holocaust, making it a holy area. Manikaran is also famous for the templesand gurudwara. Several Hindu temples of the Hindu deities Rama, Krishna, andVishnu. One Gurudhwara for Sikh deities. Apart from these pilgrimage reasons. Manikaran gives you more reasons to visit with hot springs. many people from across the worldcome to take a bath in these waters. It is believed that this water has medicinal power for various diseases as well as cure muscle pain. It is located on the banks of Beas and Parvati.

Chalal Village

Chalal is a quaint village of Kasol, located just 30 minutes’ walk across a beautiful bridge made over the amazing Parvati River from Kasol.  It gives the amazing trekking experience through the lush green forest of pine trees.

Naggar

Naggar is located at the distance of about 57kms from Kasol, Naggar is one of the most beautiful village on the banks of River Beas. The village lies at an elevation of 2,047 meters above sea level. It is known for its splendid nature in the form of mountains, river, waterfalls, forest etc. Along with the nature the Naggar is also known for its beautiful temples and old castle.
