Khajjiar (Also known as Switzerland of India) is a small picturesque hill station of Himachal Pradesh. Its beauty mesmerizes all ages of travelers, Khajjiar is derived from the word “Khajji Naga” shrine that is dedicated to the Serpent God or God of Snake. It is a small picturesque saucer-shaped plateau surrounded by lush greenery and dense forests located in the district of Chamba.
